Responsible use of the website
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the conditions for accessing the Babyvero™ website, using its content, and communicating through store services. Purchase obligations are addressed separately in the Terms and Conditions.

1. Using the website
Use the website lawfully and for a purpose consistent with browsing products, reviewing store information, making an authorized purchase, or seeking customer assistance. These terms apply to your website use to the extent permitted by applicable law and any consent requirements that apply.
If you do not agree to the applicable use conditions, discontinue the relevant use. These terms do not turn every website visit into a purchase contract, remove mandatory consumer rights, or replace the specific terms shown for a transaction.
2. Information, descriptions, and measurements
The site presents product descriptions, illustrations, measurements, and instructions intended to assist purchasing decisions. Check the current listing for the selected variant. Display colors, image scale, and a lifestyle arrangement can differ from a direct physical inspection; a materially accurate description remains our responsibility.
If information appears incomplete, inconsistent, or outdated, contact support before relying on it for a purchase or a critical equipment decision. We may correct or update website content. A correction after purchase does not automatically remove a right arising from the description on which you bought an item.
3. Care information and product-specific limitations
General care descriptions on the site do not replace the instructions supplied with a particular item. Compatibility, loading, power requirements, user limits, hot-surface handling, cleaning, and storage differ by model. Do not infer an approval or material certification from a photograph or an undefined use of the word “safe.”
The store provides product information rather than individualized medical, feeding, sleep, or developmental advice. A caregiver should follow the product’s stated purpose and seek appropriate professional guidance for individual health questions. General website information does not authorize unattended bathing or the use of an activity product as an infant sleep surface.
4. Adult-managed accounts and credentials, where offered
If the site offers a customer account, an adult purchaser should manage it, provide accurate information, and protect its credentials. Do not create an account in a baby’s name or enter unnecessary child-identifying information to place an ordinary order. Contact us if an account or order may have been accessed without authorization.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the service or investigate misuse. Those steps do not automatically cancel an accepted purchase or remove an applicable refund right. Personal information handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy and the process for raising a child-related concern.
5. Conduct that is not permitted
Do not use the website to carry out fraud, impersonate another person, submit unauthorized payment details, send unlawful or threatening material, or interfere with another user’s access. Do not introduce malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls, or access private information without authorization.
Automated activity must not overload the service, evade reasonable access restrictions, or collect personal information for an unlawful purpose. A genuine security issue can be reported to customer support with a description that avoids exposing another person’s private data or performing destructive testing.
6. Brand materials and intellectual property
Babyvero™ branding, website text, product images, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property rights held by the company or the relevant rights owner. Viewing the website does not transfer those rights or authorize you to present the materials as your own commercial work.
You may retain information reasonably needed to consider or document your own purchase, subject to applicable law. For other use of brand materials, request permission from the appropriate rights owner. Nothing here restricts an exception, fair use, or other lawful use recognized by the law that applies.
7. Support messages and product photographs
An adult should provide material relevant to the inquiry and that they are entitled to share. Focus photographs on the product, component, or packaging rather than a baby. Do not include a child’s full name, face, voice, birth date, medical record, or unrelated private information when product details can explain the issue.
We may use the submission as needed to review the inquiry and work with services involved in resolving it, subject to the Privacy Policy. A support message or photograph does not itself grant permission to use a person’s identity or content in public marketing. Separate permission is needed where required.
8. External services and third-party information
A payment service, carrier, or other external service can have its own operating conditions and privacy information. Review those terms when using the relevant service. A third-party service’s availability or independent decision may affect a step in the transaction.
Where we use a service to fulfill our own obligations, its involvement does not automatically remove our responsibility to the customer. Questions about the store’s part of a transaction can still be directed to us, even when an independent provider also needs to review an account or carrier matter.
9. Availability, maintenance, and interruptions
The website may be updated, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. An interruption can affect browsing, checkout, or the display of tracking information. If you are uncertain whether an order completed, contact support and check your confirmation before placing the same purchase again.
We may restrict misuse or suspend a function when reasonably necessary to protect the service. A technical interruption does not authorize us to retain payment for an order that cannot be fulfilled without addressing the applicable cancellation and refund obligations.
10. Responsibility, mandatory rights, and disputes
Website use is subject to the responsibilities established by applicable law. We do not exclude a liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No statement here prevents you from relying on a materially inaccurate product description or seeking a statutory remedy where one applies.
If an issue arises, contact service@babyvero.com with a description and the relevant order reference if there is one. We will review the request. You retain any available right to seek advice, use a lawful dispute process, or make a claim through an appropriate forum.
11. Updates and company identification
We may update these use terms as website functions or requirements change. The date shown on this page identifies the presented version. A future change does not retroactively alter an accepted order or override a mandatory notice or agreement requirement.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law. The store operator and customer support information below identify who to contact about website access, content questions, or an unresolved support request.
