1. Scope and the information forming your order

These terms apply together with the product description, selected variant, price and charges shown before purchase, and the applicable Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. The Privacy Policy addresses personal information, and the Terms of Use address access to the website. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

If a specific written purchase term differs from general information on the site, the specific term disclosed for that order applies to the extent permitted by law. A later update to the website does not automatically rewrite an already accepted order or remove a right you had when purchasing.

2. Adult purchasers and accurate information

An adult with legal capacity should place orders and manage customer communications. Use a payment method you are authorized to use and provide accurate purchaser, billing, and delivery details. A child using a physical product does not need to provide a store profile or personal record for an ordinary purchase.

If buying for another household, confirm the relevant compatibility, user limits, and care requirements with the responsible adult. Do not submit a baby’s medical record, face, birth date, or feeding diary to explain an ordinary order. Individual health or care needs should be addressed with an appropriate professional rather than inferred from a product image.

3. Product descriptions, compatibility, and supplied components

Review the exact model, variant, dimensions, power source, materials described, container compatibility, user limits, and included components before ordering. A product scene may contain feeding supplies, furniture, or other equipment that is not supplied. The identified contents for the selected option determine what forms part of the purchase.

A product’s appearance or name does not establish an approval, food-contact claim, sterilization result, waterproof rating, or suitability for every age. An electronic display is not a universal proof of food temperature. Ask support before purchase if a material specification, performance claim, or instruction is unclear.

4. Placing and accepting an order

Submitting an order records your request to purchase the items shown in checkout. An automated receipt acknowledges the submission and is not, by itself, a guarantee that every item is available or that the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance is communicated through an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation for the relevant items.

If an item cannot be supplied, a payment cannot be verified, or a material listing error affects the order, we will contact you and explain the issue. We will not increase an agreed price or supply a materially different item without your consent. A payment already taken for an order we cancel is refunded as required.

5. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Review the final amount before authorizing payment. The checkout displays the order currency and charges collected for that transaction. Import costs not collected by the store may be handled separately under the Shipping Policy. Your bank’s currency conversion or other account charges are governed by its own terms.

Promotions apply according to the qualifying conditions displayed before purchase. A discount should be reflected in the final checkout amount. If you believe a price or promotion is incorrect, ask for clarification before placing the order; do not assume that an obvious error creates a right to a product on materially mistaken terms.

6. Payment and order verification

Use an option enabled in the live checkout. A provider may require authentication or review a transaction independently. We may request proportionate information to clarify an order or prevent unauthorized payment use, but ordinary support does not require complete card credentials or banking passwords.

A pending authorization and a completed charge are different payment states. If a transaction appears duplicated or an order confirmation is missing, contact support before making repeated purchases. The Payment & Security page provides guidance on checking the relevant transaction information safely.

7. Dispatch, delivery, and import matters

The delivery service, destination eligibility, charges, and dispatch information disclosed for your order apply. Processing and transit describe separate stages. We will address a delayed, unshipped item through the delay, consent, cancellation, and refund process described in the Shipping Policy.

Any responsibility for a parcel after dispatch is determined by applicable law and the actual delivery circumstances. We do not automatically transfer every transit risk to you simply because a parcel has been handed to a carrier. Contact us about a damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered order so that the evidence can be reviewed.

8. Returns, refunds, and product problems

The voluntary change-of-mind return period is 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Obtain the destination and instructions before sending a parcel. The Return & Refund Policy explains condition requirements, return charges, inspection, and refund handling.

Voluntary return conditions do not remove statutory remedies for defective, misdescribed, or incorrect goods. We review a problem according to the evidence, the product’s stated requirements, and the rights that apply. A manufacturer’s or product-specific warranty, if expressly provided, is additional to any mandatory rights and is not assumed for every item.

9. Appropriate use and adult care

Follow the model’s instructions and applicable limits. An adult should prepare and operate heating, electrical, bathing, and grooming equipment, inspect components, and stop use of an unsafe item. Keep hot surfaces, cords, batteries, small attachments, and packaging inaccessible to a child. A bathing accessory does not replace close and constant supervision around water.

Nursery lighting and crawling mats are not substitutes for a suitable infant sleep product or an adult care routine. Use a mat for the activity described in its instructions rather than treat it as a sleep surface. Product functions do not guarantee a feeding, sleep, health, or developmental result. These practical conditions do not reduce our obligations to supply conforming goods or your mandatory remedies.

10. Responsibility and rights that cannot be excluded

Each party remains responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any injury or consumer protection obligation that the law does not allow us to exclude. Nothing in these terms prevents an available statutory refund, replacement, or other remedy.

To the extent permitted by law, responsibility for a claimed loss depends on the cause, the contractual obligation involved, and the evidence. These terms do not provide a blanket waiver of responsibility for all products or require you to accept an unsafe or nonconforming item.

11. Questions, disputes, and governing requirements

Contact service@babyvero.com with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. We will review the information and seek a practical resolution. This support process does not prevent you from using a payment dispute process, seeking advice, or bringing a claim through a forum available under applicable law.

The company operates from China. The governing law and competent forum are determined under the conflict-of-law and consumer protection rules that apply to the transaction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a court or statutory remedy that you are entitled to use.

12. Changes, severability, and company contact

We may revise these terms for future purchases. The date on this page identifies the version presented. Material purchase terms accepted for an existing order are not changed retroactively without a lawful basis and any required agreement.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Questions about the purchase relationship can be directed to the company identified below, with the relevant order details so that your request can be routed appropriately.
